Citi Sound Vault® is collaborating with Verified Fan®, a unique program built to put more tickets into the hands of fans who intend to go to the show, not software. By leveraging powerful technology, we’ve created a better, more reliable way for fans to shop for tickets to see their favorite artists – without racing against bots.

How do I register for Citi Sound Vault powered by Verified Fan?

Go to https://verifiedfan.livenation.com/citisoundvault and connect your Ticketmaster account to register. Or create a new account during registration.

Is there a way to purchase tickets other than Verified Fan?

Verified Fan is the only way to access and purchase tickets for these three Los Angeles shows.

When can I purchase tickets?

If verified and randomly selected, you’ll receive a text on Monday, January 28 prior to tickets going on sale at 10AM PT on Tuesday, January 29. Your text will include your link to purchase and your unique access code to shop for tickets. A Citi credit or debit card must be used to complete the ticket purchase process.

When does registration close?

Registration closes on Sunday, January 27 at 10PM PT.

Can I register for Verified Fan from outside the U.S.?

Yes, you may register for Verified Fan from outside the U.S., be sure to include your country code with your mobile number. 

If I am selected, how long do I have to shop for tickets?

While we suggest you purchase as soon as you are able, we understand there may be some planning involved. As a reminder, due to demand, tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I register for Verified Fan more than once?

We know you’re excited, but please don’t register more than once per show. Creating multiple new Ticketmaster accounts will not increase your opportunity to receive a Verified Fan invitation.

I registered more than once, will I be disqualified?

Don’t worry, you will not be disqualified. If you registered more than once to correct a mistake, such as an incorrectly entered mobile number, we will take the last registration submitted.

I received a confirmation email, what does this mean?

We have successfully collected your registration and this is your confirmation of the details. On Monday, January 28, you’ll receive an email with additional information about your Verified Fan invitation status.

Does registering mean I’m guaranteed to receive a Verified Fan access code?

Access codes are never guaranteed, and due to anticipated demand and the size of the venue, fans will be selected at random to receive an invitation to shop.

Does getting an access code mean I will get tickets?

If you receive an access code you will have the opportunity to shop for tickets. However, due to demand the ability to purchase tickets is not guaranteed and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

When do tickets go on sale with Verified Fan?

If selected, you’ll receive a text on the evening of Monday, January 28 prior to tickets going on sale Tuesday, January 29. Your text will include your link to purchase and your unique access code to shop for tickets. A Citi credit or debit card must be used to complete the ticket purchase process.

What is the ticket limit?

To allow as many fans as possible to enjoy these shows, there is a two (2) ticket limit MAXIMUM per code and per show.

How much will tickets cost?

Please visit Ticketmaster for additional ticket information.

If my parent or guardian uses their credit card to buy, does the person’s whose name is on the card have to attend the show?

No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s account. (Remember, receiving a code does not guarantee tickets.)
