Bruno Mars and Ticketmaster want to ensure fans have the best chance of enjoying the 24K Magic World Tour as it stops at Aloha Stadium. That’s why we’re sharing this info directly with you on how the onsale process will work, what to expect, and why we’re doing it.

Onsale Date and Time

Saturday, June 16th at 10:00am HST

Billing Zip Code + Volume Restrictions

In order to prevent tickets landing in the wrong hands, the tour has decided sales to this event on the 24K Magic World Tour will be restricted to residents of Hawaii during the first 48 hours of the onsale. Residency will be based on the zip code used on your credit card billing address.

Overall ticket limit is 4 per person. There is a 2 ticket limit for the Front Row Package. There is a 4 ticket limit for the 24 Karat Party Package.

The Ticketmaster Waiting Room

The Waiting Room acts as a ‘protective virtual line’ to help keep more tickets available for you and away from bots. With this experience, we ensure that tickets are kept safe, and provide you the opportunity to pick your own seats.

Here’s How The Ticketmaster Waiting Room Works

  1. Visit Ticketmaster and locate the event page.
  2. On Saturday, June 16th at 10:00am HST when the event goes on sale, fans will be placed into the Waiting Room (pictured above) and then selected at random to begin shopping for tickets.
  3. The time when you enter the Waiting Room will not affect when you receive access. By keeping the selection randomized, this allows access to tickets to be as fair as possible. Due to demand, you may experience an extended wait time before you can begin shopping.
  4. Once selected, you will be given the opportunity to shop for tickets and pick your own seats using the interactive seat map.

A Few Commonly Asked Questions

Is anything different when I shop for tickets through the Waiting Room?

The Waiting Room allows us to identify and clear bot traffic, protect tickets, and ensure only real people are getting access to shop. You can then shop for tickets and pick your own seats using the interactive seat map. As a reminder, for popular events, tickets will be available first-come, first-served and not guaranteed.

Why is there a Waiting Room?

The Waiting Room acts as a ‘protective virtual line’ to help keep more tickets available for you – and away from bots.

Can I skip the Waiting Room?

The Waiting Room may not be skipped and is set up to protect you from ticket bots.

Will I get tickets if I have a spot in the Waiting Room?

Ticket availability will always vary based on demand, and tickets are available first-come, first-served and not guaranteed.

Planning to shop on your mobile device?

The Waiting Room will work the same on your mobile device, but we recommend you stay on the page and keep it active. Allowing your mobile device screen to dim will temporarily pause your Waiting Room.
