Scalper bots are big, ugly and unfair. So we built a massive robot to protect fans from the thousands of scalper bots trying to scoop up tickets. The process is simple. Register ahead of time, and those who are eligible, receive an access code that invites them to shop for tickets without competing against bots!

Ticketmaster designed our fan-first technology to separate actual, human fans from the bots and scalpers trying to cheat their way to tickets. Our system aims to prevent these big and bad bots from buying up all of the tickets – just to resell them at extremely high prices. With our unique fan-first technology, every registrant is reviewed to make sure they are real fans who are interested in attending the show.

Please note

Registering does not always guarantee you will be eligible, receive an access code or have the ability to purchase tickets.

All previous codes issued are invalid, and a new access code is required to shop.

We want to help as many of you as possible to see Taylor Swift. Below are some tips to help answer any questions during registration for the Verified Fan Presale.

How do I register for the Verified Fan Presale?

Visit https://verifiedfan.ticketmaster.com/taylorswift and connect your Ticketmaster account, or create a new account during registration. When registering from a shared device, it’s important you register with your personal Ticketmaster account. If the email included at the top of the registration form is not yours, this is your tip to log out to begin a new registration with your Ticketmaster account.

If I registered during Taylor Swift Tix, what should I do?

If you would like to participate in the Verified Fan Presale, all you need to do is re-register for the show that you’re interested in attending. Some good news! So that you get the benefits of your Taylor Swift Tix participation, you must register using the same email that was verified during the Taylor Swift Tix presale. Those who participated and verified through Taylor Swift Tix will get an earlier presale time than new registrants.

If I don’t receive an access code, will I still be able to shop for tickets?

Yes. Don’t worry, if you are unable to shop for and purchase tickets during the Verified Fan Presale, the General Public Onsale will begin on Wednesday, January 31 at 10AM venue local time. Access codes are not required to shop for tickets during the Public Onsale.

When does registration for the Verified Fan Presale close?

Registration will close on Thursday, January 18 at 7AM PT/10AM ET.

How much will tickets costs?

Through Verified Fan, Taylor Swift fans will have access to the best selection of seats at the best price for these new shows. Standard ticket prices will range from USD$49.50 to YSD$249.50 (CAD$64.50 to CAD$324.50).

If I register from outside the U.S., do I need to include my country code with my phone number?

Yes, if registering from outside of the U.S. please include the country code with your telephone number.

I’m open to traveling to another city. Can I register for more than one show?

Yes. When you register, there will be a drop down to add an additional city that you would be interested in attending, pending availability.

I received a confirmation email after I registered, what does that mean?

You have successfully registered for the show you selected. However, please note this does not mean you are guaranteed to receive an access code. Also, due to demand receiving a code does not guarantee you will be able to purchase the exact tickets you want.

Does receiving an access code mean I’m guaranteed to purchase tickets?

With our technology keeping the bots out, you have a better opportunity. However, with high demand events, tickets are still available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

How do I learn more about Taylor Swift’s reputation Stadium Tour outside of the U.S.?

If I plan to register, but my parent or guardian uses their credit card to buy, does the person’s whose name is on the card have to attend the show?

No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s name and account. As a reminder, receiving a code does not guarantee a ticket purchase.
